Order complete notification for COD

I have some vendors using Cash On Delivery feature. But after COD purchase there’s no Order completion message or redirects. So buyers getting confused.

please help.

for other payments, it is managing by Payment gateways I think.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
