Hello,
I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because the order complete page is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

there are 3 different pages comes up during the order processing. CART -> CHECKOUT -> ORDER COMPLETE.
Checkout page and cart page is done setting but ORDER COMPLETE page used to show up before but It isn’t what can I do now?

I saw the screenshot you attached.
In the woocommerce settings, it doesn’t allow to add a Custom page for order complete pages because it is generated by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
You can also check by activating the default WordPress theme as well.
