Order Confirmation Emails – NOT RECEIVING

Hi Guys, Need urgent support here. Loved your theme and working on it was like a breeze. However, we’ve hit a roadblock now.
I have a store – discovergbs.com which is supposed to launch NOWW. but the site does not give any confirmation email for all the orders places. Neither to the admin not to the buyer. This is causing us a lot of loss as we cannot go online with something in which the user does not get a confirmation email. I have tried everything but no use.
Please help me fix it.
Note – as soon as i change order status from Processing to Completed. The user gets an email

The same theme when I installed on my testing server works fine.
I’m not sure how do I go about doing it?
Please help me soon as I love the theme but not getting any business.
If it works on your testing server then there are maybe two reasons for this problem: something wrong in your WooCommerce email configuration or there is a problem in your hosting server and it can’t send emails.
