To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

it same in that themes too

But it works fine when ordering as a logged-in user in both themes.

If it is the same with other themes, then it is not something caused by WoodMart. Unfortunately, we don’t know what is it caused by.
