Order notes gone

    Dear support,

    My customers can’t add a custom remark on their order. The order notes box on the checkout page is gone. How can I solve this?

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Nevermind, tried it myself. See the staging url.

    After activating storefront, the order notes (optional) is back. So the theme is causing the problem

    I am also missing the ‘ship it to a different address’. Can that be something related?

    Nevermind, found the issue. It is a elementor template. I forgot “shipping details”
