Order qualifies for free shipping but it is not applied on checkout

    We only have flat rate shipping. When an order qualifies, on checkout the shipping charge is still applied.
    How do I force it to remove the shipping cost?

    Never mind, I fixed it by editing the shipping rate and adding a new method to the rate called Free shipping and then set the threshold spend needed for free shipping as per the theme instructions.
