order-received – 404 page not found

I have a problem with order-received page shown after choosing the payment method and submitting the order. It shows full content when using payment at delivery (proper order confirmation with all details), limited content when BLIK codes are used as payment method (ony thank you for your order without any details) and error #404 when I choose online payment method (so no page is being shown after returning back to my page from the page of the online payments provider) even if the order is properly placed and paid already. All the orders are also properly shown in orders history.
Can you please let me know why all there order-received messages don’t look the same (having all order details) and why there is only error when coming back from online payments page?
Also, can you share with me how this order-received page can be customised?

As you get the different looks of order received page (thankyou page) that contains different info with different payment methods.
As it might be possible that while setting up those payment methods you choose some wrong options that’s why with any of the payment gateway when the order completed it did not get the order details and with one of the payment methods it display 404 page. You need to check the page url which you specified because sometimes we made a mistake by putting an extra slash “/” like “/order-received/”.

Thanks for getting back. Yes, I’ve seen these links but it didn’t help me much.
You said I might choose wrong options while setting up payment methods, but these settings are only about enabling/unabling payment method but nothing I see about thank you page or the link to which client will be redirected afterwards.
I also don’t see how I can differentiate URLs or check if you did some mistake with slashes if there are no slashes anyway (pls see attached woocomerce settings print screen and permalinks settings). The URLs to which client is redirected are as below:
– for pay at delivery):
…/checkout/order-received/3130/?key=wc_order_aRpO1Zs7xPCUy
– for BLIK code payment:
…/checkout/order-received/?order_id=3131
– for online transfer:
http://www.farmi.pl/kasa/order-received/?ServiceID=22397&OrderID=3157&Hash=257ac027b4b2c8f6134fcc5e92a451f14b21d6f1014ecdc888ac25a6bcbbbdd4
So for online transfer for some reason it does not go to checkout/order-received/…but to kasa/order-received/…
I also attached thankyou.php file (which to me doesn’t indicate anything about payment methods).
I would be grateful if you could provide more detailed guidance or if possible login (sending you login details below) and have look what is wrong.

As it seems that the issue is with those payment methods that’s why some of your payment gateway did not display all the order details and some of them did not show the order-received page.
Could you please use the same payment gateways with some other theme like twenty-sixteen so we come to know that this is the theme issue or not.
Also you are using so old version of theme 3.4.0 and outdated versions of theme required plugins. Kindly update the theme and plugins as well. That could be the reason of this problem

Thanks for quick support but I am affraid we moved backwards quite a lot. I just updated your theme and there are so many settings lost for which we invested quite a lot of time that I would rather appreciate if there will be any way to bring it back to the previous one. Current page is missing so many things. Is that possible? In the previous message I’ve sent you login details for admin so maybe it will be lot quicker if you can check that?

MIJOCParticipantand btw. updating your theme didn’t change anything in terms of page 404 shown after coming back from online transfer (still pay at delivery and blik results in …/checkout/order-received/…
and online tranfer in …/kasa/order-received/?ServiceID=…… (page 404) so I would be really grateful for help on this matter as this is the last point before going life with my business…
Obviously first I would like to return to my original page (before update) that was already finalized…

Artem TemosKeymasterAs for the theme update, you need to follow our migration guide to not lose anything after the update https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
Order received page is a part of the WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence it. We ask you to investigate how it works with other themes to see if it is our theme’s problem or not. You can switch themes in your WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes. -
