order-received Woocommerce thank you page

Hello,
My Order confirmation, also the so called “thank you page” is blank and not working.
I tried the proposed methodes of working on child or main theme, disabling all plugins, trying redriction via functions.php but nothing worked.
Here is kind of order page when the order is completed:

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

I changed the theme to the default storefront, and it worked. So I guess it is related to the theme.
