Orders – Email

Hello,
I am using the ‘Cash on delivery’ as the payment method. I am not receiving the cancelled order mails. And also Header image in the email template (logo) is not displayed in the customer order mails. I am attaching the screenshot for reference. Please have a look.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
