organize portfolio projects by categories

I have an already organized website with the items in projects. At the end of each project I would like to put related items, for example with categories. (Air Fresh, Cosmetic, Cylindrical, Oval, Rectangular) Now I have disabled Portfolio Related Projects because they were random relationships. It’s possible?
How can I set up a small online store, with new products and with an existing one? It’s possible? What video do you recommend?

Currently, related projects are taken from all projects on your website. We will add an option to display projects by categories in our next theme update.
