    Hello,
1- After we completed our final work, we stopped the work we were doing on our site because we had other work to do. Days and months passed, and suddenly our site became inaccessible. Then we noticed that the wp-includes file had disappeared on its own. Then, last week, we copied a wp-includes file. Our site became accessible again. When I checked today, the site had gone back on its own. Idid not update woodmart or wp either. I did a virus scan on my device. Didn’t find any viruses. What may cause this?

2- Again today I added wp-includes folder manually but this time there are some defects. At the front page slider resolution has changed. Why my site is not stable?

(I have some other sites on same hosting account, but only woodmart site is troublesome.)

    Thanks,

    Hello,

This issue seems to be not related to our theme. wp-includes is a core WordPress folder and our theme doesn’t have any impact on it.

    Kind Regards

As we can see, the slider works correctly as per its configuration. Could you please clarify what is wrong with it? Also, send us screenshots of the slider’s configuration so we can check.

The problem is: As I said above. Resolution is not the same as before. When I am logged in, no problem, but when I log out the slider changes like in the picture. I have not changed any setting for about 2 months. Why this is happening?

    Please look:

    Hello,

Sorry, but we can’t say exactly. It is not directly related to our theme. We recommend you update all plugins and WordPress to the latest version and change all the passwords.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,
I have updated everything, even the woodmart theme, but the slider part is not same. If I log in, no problem. If I log out problem occurs. No cache problem, I have waited a few days but the result is still same.

Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can test this.

    Hello,
When I deactivate all addons and then reactivate them, the problem disappear for a few hours or days. But then goes back to the same status. “Slider resolution is not same for all images” You can check again from out site. Do you know what causes this? I have deactivated all unimportant addons but the result is the same.

Do you have a good idea to fix this? I have a backup of a few months earlier. I can change files, copy images folder to this, and database remain as it is right now. But i dont know if it is a good idea or not?

Most likely, it is caused by cache and optimization plugins on your website. Try to disable them temporarily and test how it works with the rest of the plugins enabled.
