Overlap Menu Only on Desktop

How can I configure the menu to be overlap only on Desktop, and not on mobile?

Unfortunately, there is no such option in Theme Settings. Please add the following Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > CSS for mobile

.whb-header.whb-overcontent:not(.whb-sticked) .whb-main-header {
	position: relative
}
