Override Thank You Page

Hello i have a problem with the thank you page.
The problem is that the themes thank-you.php overrides the original thank you page of woocommerce and when someone pays through credit card from my bank’s plugin it returns false data about the payment status.
Is there any way to keep the original thank you page of the woocommerce?

Actually, the Thank you page appears as the result of the placed order, its functionality does not influence the payment.

Please enable the default Thank you page in the Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page, and check again, if you see the problem, please provide the screen on the WoodMart theme and on the Storefront theme.

I have enabled the default thank yoy page but nothing changed. The bank on her respond suggested me to return to the native version of the thank you page. Can you please inform me if this is something to be done?

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
