OWL carousel via HTML block in cat description not working

Hi,

I placed a banner carousel inside a HTML block and then pasted the shortcode inside a product category description. I expected it to work, but the styling is completely gone.

How can I get this working on a product category?

It is however a far stretch to look for the setting there as I did not use “Advanced scripts controls” before.
Shouldn’t this work by default???
