Dear Concern,

I don’t want the Pages to have sidebars, Instagram, Recent posts, all these widgets.

How can I disable these?

I want a fresh new page with no added things.
How?
How to customize “page’ as a whole?

You can configure the layout of the pages globally (for all) in the Theme Settings > General layout. Besides each page has the options: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
