Page built in elementor not working

Hello, I recently got your theme, but I’m having some struggles.
1) I built my pages using elementor, but when I try to re enter to the page that I was editing trying to fix somethings, It’s not loading, It’s take too long trying to enter to elementor builder but It’s not working.
It’s happening with some pages, I tried to deactived other plugins, clear my browser cache, restart my computer and deleted meanwhile my php codes in the child theme, trying to solve this problem, But It’s not working.

Hello, It’s done, I disabled all the plugins not related to the theme, the page that I can’t access to edit the content is “Inicio” my home page. I had the problem with other pages but I created section saving the content in elementor, re creating the page meanwhile.
The page stay loading like this

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? If it works well, please, keep the default theme active so we can check what’s wrong.

We need your FTP host, username and password, not the cPanel data. If you don’t have this information, contact your hosting provider for help.

Sorry, I use to enter to my FTP files by CPanel, but if you need access only to FTP access here it is.

Most likely, it is due to a lack of PHP memory on your server. Contact your hosting provider and ask to investigate from their side.

I have contact with them, and They told me that is needed a PHP code from the theme, in order to increase the PHP memory,and you need to provide that code, because all the options of my PHP in CPanel is at the maximum values.

But we don’t have a code to increase the PHP memory on the server. It is not a theme-territory functionality.

They are asking me which settings you looking to, so they can review and get it sorted accordingly.

You need to ask them to check the page that you have a problem with. If they will open the source code, they will see that it is not full. And we need to know why it is not loaded correctly. Maybe there is some error log on the server.

Hello, sorry for the delay in the response, they told me that it’s an internal problem of wordpress themes and plugins that they could not fix because it is not their territory and I need to pay extra support for that, so due to that problems and many other problems that did not help me, I decided to change hosting, now I am quite satisfied with the performance of my current hosting.
