Page Filter Not Working

The filter used in the pages created with elementor is not working. What to do?

Hello, the issue is not solved. I created the new arrivals and shop all page with elementor. The product filter at the top of the page was inserted in elementor. Please try filtering the products on either page to see the result.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know.

Hi, please visit the site either using a smartphone or computer to see what is occuring.

The filter element used in Elementor is still not filtering items by price, size, categories etc.
I deleted then reinserted it and now the Attributes filter is not appearing. I also cleared my cache.

Actually, there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for Archive pages. Go to Dashboard > Layouts > edit Layouts with Elementor and customize the filters in the layout.

Yes the filter is showing on the page. However when someone/customers use their phone to shop on the website the filter is not filtering the products and showing the results.

For example, if they filter the items for size XL it just shows all the products and not the item available in size XL.

And yes there is an item on the page avaialble in size XL but the XL option is not even highlighted like the other sizes.

Hello, the issue has not been resolved. Another Keymaster said it is a default so I have to get a filter plugin for more precise results.
