Page not working anymore with Elementor

Hi
After I renamed the “home base” page, Elementor went on strike, i.e. it gives the error message
Also to rename it again to the previous name did not help.

“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call
the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

I did the Error research:
Does this error happen only on specific pages, but not on all pages?
If so, here are the most common reasons for this to occur:
There are 3 common occurrences that may be the cause of why
the_content will not be called:
Non of these helped.

so what else can I do about that issue?

As we can see, the dummy content was imported incorrectly. Do you allow us to reset your website completely and remove all current content and run the import from scratch?

what does that mean? I’ll have to start from the beginning? including the woocomerce Shop?

If you don’t want to do this we can check the issue without reimporting the content. It depends on your needs. If you don’t need anything from our dummy content then we will not do this.

well wouldn’t it be possible to remove only the theme, but leaving woocomerce with the Products?
if not, then reset the website if it’s needed. so I can start from new.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

You can change that popup in Dashboard -> HTML Blocks -> “Contact us popup”. Make sure that you have enabled Elementor for the HTML Blocks post type.

ok, I tried it with another theme, it remains the same issue.

You can change that popup in Dashboard -> HTML Blocks -> “Contact us popup”. Make sure that you have enabled Elementor for the HTML Blocks post type.

We have checked the request to save the page and see that it is blocked by the server somehow https://prnt.sc/10po9r6
You need to consult with your hosting provider on this matter and ask why it blocks this “Save page” request.

Now I hope you can answer my second question to change the Icon in the > HTML Blocks -> “Contact us popup”.
