page title options not changing on individual pages

The problem:
I created a page named “On Sale” (standard WP page) But individual page options work. In fact this issue is on all WP pages.
1. Disable page title – does not disable the title
2. Image for page title – does not change the image. it stays as the default fuzzy furniture image.
3. Page title background color – doesnt change to a color. same issue as point 2
4 Page title size – inherit, small, large etc change nothing.
Notes:
The global title options in settings for page title font size and disable page title do work.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
