Pages are jerking while scrolling in safari browser

We have issue with the theme when page scrolling on safari browser. Page get stucked or jerked while scrolling.

We have a notification to update for WpBakery but we are unable to update.

To update it you need to uninstall it completely and install the latest version via Appearance -> Install plugins.
