I have deactivated all the third party plugins, activated the parent theme, and the buttons are working absolutely fine on my end.

I have the following Custom CSS code in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.page-title-default {
background-color: #81A3B2 !important;
}

And the header background default color is working absolutely fine on my end please clear cache and check back.
