Pagination Issue Redirecting to Main Category

We are currently experiencing an issue with pagination on our website using the Xtramos theme.

When users click on pagination links (for example, page 2 or beyond), the URL is generated correctly, but instead of loading the respective paginated content, it redirects back to the main/top category page.

This issue appears to be consistent across multiple sections, including manual/category-based pages, and is affecting navigation and user experience.

Issue details:

Pagination links (e.g., /page/2/) are being created correctly
Clicking these links redirects to the main category instead of the intended page
The problem is reproducible across different categories/pages

Could you please assist us in identifying the cause of this issue and provide a solution?

Also, I have checked your site and you have set the Products pagination as Infinite scrolling and it is working fine on the site. Please share the correct logins and set the pagination and then I will check the issue.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
