Parent theme has been deleted.

Hello, good day, we’re fiding a tereffic problem. Recently found the parent theme has been deleted: https://prnt.sc/p6zl70HJBOCe
We didn’t delete this: https://prnt.sc/CZOfyw701WG1
Not sure how does it happen.
1. If we install the parent theme again would we lose all of our customization?
2. Is there any otherway we can fix it.
If we did a good amount of customization and it’s really need to fix this ASAP>
please help. I sent the site access to the private chat.

There seems to be something wrong with your parent theme installation. Be sure that the WoodMart theme is installed inside the folder wp-content/themes/woodmart/ and not in the wp-content/themes/woodmart/woodmart/. Maybe you have unzipped our theme package to the wrong folder and now have a double woodmart/folder.

Hello, this is a very old website that we’ve created earlier 2023 using woodmart. Still we did modification 2 weeks ago, so there is no chance of wrong installation. Everything was fine but recently this happned.

If your customizations were done in the child theme, reinstalling the parent theme won’t affect them. You can safely reinstall the parent theme to fix the issue.
However, to be safe, I recommend making a full backup of your site before proceeding.
