    Hello,

I\’m trying to import the Home page of the \”Decor\” demo using Prebuilt websites → Decor → \”Partial\” → Pages → Import (on the Home card). I do NOT use \”Import settings\” and I do NOT use \”Activate\”.

    What happens:
    1. The importer shows the green message \”Content has been successfully imported!\”, and the Home card then shows a \”View page\” button.
    2. However, no new page appears in Pages → All Pages, and the page is not found anywhere else: I queried every post type via the REST API (pages, posts, cms_block, portfolio, products, nav_menu_item, woodmart_layout, wd_popup and others, including drafts) and compared the result with a snapshot of all IDs taken before the import. Nothing new was created.
    3. The \”View page\” link points to ?p=37686. That ID is not a page: it is a revision of an existing page (post_parent = my existing \”About\” page), created at the exact time of the import. A previous attempt created another revision (37685) for another existing page. The content of these revisions is just my own existing page content; no demo content was written.
    4. I repeated the import twice with the same result. Cache was fully purged (page cache and object cache) and I checked after that.

    Notes:
    – The Decor demo was imported once earlier on this site; the cards show the \”Imported\” badge. Several demo CPT entries (cms_block, posts, portfolio) from that first import are still in the database. I\’m trying to re-import only the Home page.
    – The site has since been edited a lot: WooCommerce products, custom pages, Rank Math, custom fonts. A full \”Activate\” would overwrite theme settings, so I want to avoid it.

    Questions:
    1. Why does the importer report success but create nothing? Is there a log of the import, and where?
    2. Does the partial importer need to reach any remote URL (xtemos.com demo server)? Which one, so that I can check whether my hosting blocks it?
    3. Is there another supported way to import only the Home page layout from Decor without touching the theme settings?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Since the importer reports that the content was successfully imported but the new page does not appear in your Pages list, we need to investigate why this is happening on your website.

    Please also check the following:
    – Make sure the WoodMart Core plugin is active and updated to the version that matches your theme.
    – Temporarily turn off third-party plugins then try importing the Home page again.
    – Check your PHP limits (memory, max execution time, max input vars). Low limits can stop the import partway through.

If the issue still persists, please share temporary WordPress admin access through the Private Content field so we can check the import process and investigate the issue further on your site and import the page on your site.

    Best Regards,
