Password requirements for users creating an account?

1. How can I reduce the requirements that the template requires when users are creating new accounts on this page? https://bandgear.co/my-account/

for example, it has to be at least 12 characters long right now (!)

2. What are the exact rules? Since the little tooltip doesn’t exactly explain the MUST requirements.

This password strength test is not related to our theme and comes with WooCommerce plugin. Try to use this plugin to configure it https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-password-strength-settings
