Password Reset Does Not Work

I would like to ask if you are able to help me with the password reset issue that I am having with my platform at the moment.
When I click on the password reset when visiting my website, it does not send the new password to the email that is registered with the platform.

Hi there Eric,
Currently the main plugins that I am running are Woodmart and Dokan. I am not extremely good with these IT stuff so I am not sure what may be causing this issue so it’ll be great if I am able to receive your assistance 🙂

Hi Eric, may i check with you if you’ve disabled anything while testing it 🙂 Reason being that I am unable to reset two of my hotmail accounts that I have registered to the website itself. It does not send the password reset to the email.
My input while attempting to reset the password, is the email rather than the username.

I did a test with several email accounts and i realised that only my hotmail accounts don’t receive the emails from my website itself. Is there any way you’re able to help me such that email accounts with outlook/hotmail are able to receive emails from my platform?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you because the registration functionality, recovering your password and sending email does not relate to our theme, this is the functionality of the plugin Woocommerce.
