Kindly check the reset password link from the WooCommerce >> Settings >> Email >> Reset password.
Also, you need to make sure that you used the “lost-password” value for the Lost password field in WooCommerce >> Settings >> Advanced.
If the issue remains, Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

In general, this functionality is related to WooCommerce, so could you please check how the resetting password works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?
Navigate to Appearance >Themes.
Activate the default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Five).
Visit the page where you see the issue and perform a task and take a screenshot.
Then switch back to the WoodMart theme, open the same page again, and take another screenshot.

I have created a new account on your site and reset the password on your site with the default theme and email is not received with the default theme.
