How can I insert code after the body tag?

If you are trying to add Code to Header and Footer then you can try using the following free plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/

Otherwise, you will need to customize the Template files for this but we don’t have instructions for such Customizations. You can try to edit header.php and footer.php files.
