Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I’m very curious what has changed or affected? Taking into account the fact that I did not touch the settings of the carousel option that you mentioned.
And I also have a question or even a suggestion – you have performance settings in the Woodmart theme, there is a JS section.
It would be very cool if there in the advanced settings, where you can turn off unnecessary options, so that next to each option there is, for example, an icon with a question mark, when you hover over it, there will be an explanation of what this option or library is, what it affects. Perhaps it’s worth adding a short example in the form of a photo or GIF image to show how it works.
And if I do not need it, it will be easier for me to understand what it is and turn it off.
