Payment and shipping radio checkbox gets deselected on scroll

As discussed in the other topic (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/payment-method-checkbox-gets-deselected/#post-608574), on the checkout/cart page, when you have selected payment or shipping method, refresh the page, the same methods are selected. But when you scroll up/down, selection disappears.
I’ve already tried to change theme to other one (WP Shop Woocommerce) and in this theme the problem doesn’t exist.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select shipment method in checkout (or in the cart – same problem there as well)
2. Refresh the page. Previously selected shipping should be checked.
3. Scroll down and shipping method un checks automatically.
I’ll add one more important detail – when I change payment container to non-sticky, problem disappears. So i guess it’s related to sticky container – maybe that will help you while investigating.
