    Hello Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I’m reaching out regarding an urgent issue I’ve encountered with my payment gateway, Volt, specifically for direct payments via bank (open banking).

    I’ve diligently set up and configured all aspects correctly. However, I’m facing a critical issue: on the default theme settings, the payment method bank selections fail to load. Strangely, when I activate CheckoutWC, the payment options load seamlessly.

    I’d like to emphasize that I previously hired someone to customize the plugin, and they’ve suggested reaching out to the theme author for assistance.

    In essence, my objective is for the Volt payment gateway to function properly irrespective of whether CheckoutWC is active or not.

    To recap:
    Problem: Without CheckoutWC, the Volt payment gateway fails to work with the default theme, while with CheckoutWC active, it functions as intended.

    Expected Result:
    The payment gateway should function correctly regardless of CheckoutWC’s status.

    I’ve provided login details and staging site information for your convenience.

    Hello,

    Please make a full backup of your site and check how it works with the default WordPress theme like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.
