I encountered a bug where the element below jumps when selecting different payment options. This only happens when the basket has more than three products, and the animation is not as smooth as in your demo.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I switched the website to the default Woodman theme. Also, you have permission to turn on/off any plugins or themes for testing purposes.

I have tested that issue on the default theme and there is the same issue, the element below jumps: https://take.ms/oZPEX
So it is not something caused by our theme, I suggest you contact the plugin’s support team for further solutions.
