payment transaction ID & order status

Hi, i’m setting up they website payment. While placing orders the transaction ID doesn’t show up and the orders are stuck on processing even after the payment has been received and the order processed email is sent out to the buyers.
How do i fix this?

This is Woocommerce functionality and WoodMart does not influence or have options to change that.
