    PayPal button is not displayed
Hello, the PayPal button is no longer displayed in the checkout. The direct payment button is present and works in the shopping cart. I couldn’t find the problem myself and haven’t changed any settings since then.

    Best regards

    Hello,

It looks like the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with Elementor it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with Elementor manually.

We have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Read more information here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-hooks-and-plugins-compatibility/

    Kind Regards

Hello, I’ve been using the XThemos payment method element as default since then, and it’s been working fine ever since.

    Hello,

Here are the defined hooks – https://prnt.sc/yiLRA-fI0tDr

Here is that button – https://prnt.sc/9if7CuLHTvbm

So do the steps provided above to determine which hook shows those buttons exactly.

    Kind Regards

It just doesn’t work, and it’s gotten really frustrating. These hooks are simply incomprehensible to non-German speakers. I use your own element, and it doesn’t work. Sorry, but it’s really frustrating.

What am I supposed to see on this screenshot other than gray bars?

    Hello,

I mentioned above that the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with Elementor it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with Elementor manually.

So I found 2 hooks that are responsible for showing those buttons and I left them enabled so now you can see those buttons – https://prnt.sc/Ui6nl-unAJ70

Hello, thank you very much. By the way, the layout is the original from Woodmart and not one I created myself. So I don’t really understand the problem.

    Many thanks and regards

    Hello,

Do you mean that previously it worked well and suddenly the buttons disappeared?

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind Regards
