PayPal-Button is not showing on single product page.

Hi,
We have installed “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” and configured it. The paypal express buttons show on checkout, sidebar etc. but doesn’t show on the single product page. We have tested to switch to a default template from wordpress and it works.

Sorry to hear about that.

But as you have mentioned you are using the WoodMart theme version 6.2.4 on your Site which is a lot older version of the Theme. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.

So, kindly please once try to update your WoodMart theme and Core plugin to the latest version by following the given Theme’s Documentation link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/ and then check back the issue again on your Site.

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

We can’t be sure about that because as you know with the Theme Update, many things get changed including classes and files too so it would be better if you could update your Theme first and then check back the issue again.

We created a Testsite where we updated to the latest woodmart version but the paypal button still does not appear.

Please find below the access to the demo page. With the old payment plugin (which is outdated) it works. With the new paypal-payment plugin from WooCommerce it doesn’t work with the woodmart theme. With other themes it works without any issues.

This plugin may not work in case you display multiple products on the product page before the actual single product. Try to do the following to fix this:

1. Remove all the products elements from the mega menu dropdowns.

2. Disable the “Products navigation” option in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Elements.
