Paypal Express on product page not working – conflict with mini cart widget

we installed Paypal Express Plugin (https://www.webtoffee.com/product/paypal-express-checkout-gateway-for-woocommerce/)
Now Paypal Express on product page is not working.
The developer told us there is a conflict with mini cart widget from Basel Theme.
Can you help here?

Good day,in the appendix you will find a picture.
When the customer clicks the Payl Express button, a wheel turns endlessly.
The customer is not forwarded to PayPal.
Apparently there is a Java Script problem with the mini-cart (according to the developer of the PP extension).
