Andy18ParticipantHi there,
I’m just about to go live and noticed PayPal gives an error (please see screenshot).
I think it’s to do with encryption but can’t work out what the mixed content is preventing checkout from working.
Your help is much appreciated!
Thanks again,
Andy

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

Andy18ParticipantHi Artem,
I changed to Twenty seventeen and the security lock appeared correctly in the browser instead of the “i” in Google Chrome however when moving to PayPal I received the same error message.
Any advice is much appreciated!
Thanks,
Andy

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, keep the default theme active, send us your admin access and provide a step by step guide how to reproduce the issue.

Andy18ParticipantHi there,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I’ve left WoodMart active at the moment for you to see the issue.
If you add something to your cart and then go to the checkout page you will see that there is no longer a secure ssl padlock in the browser but an “i” (using Google Chrome).
If the theme is changed at this point back to Twenty Seventeen you will see that the secure ssl padlock reterned.
From this point both themes only give the previous paypal warning rather than going to the paypal site to pay.
Your help is much appreciated!
Thanks,

Artem TemosKeymasterWe have fixed the SSL issue on the checkout page by removing one of our dummy content images from Theme Settings. Please, check how it works now.

Andy18ParticipantHi there,
I added an item to the cart (it doesn’t matter which item), filled out the details on the checkout page and then clicked “Proceed to PayPal” but get the attached error message.
I really appreciate your help!
Thanks again,

I am just a Woodmart user, no relation to their support. But I have encountered such Paypal error when address override is used and country from billing adrress fulfilled during checkout doesn’t match with country of Paypal address.December 2, 2019 at 1:13 pm #160503
Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems to be some problem with the PayPal itself or payment method configuration on your website.

Andy18ParticipantThanks both for your replies π
I changed to a different PayPal email address and everything works correctly so must be to do with the PayPal settings from the account I was trying to use.
Thanks again for your time!
