Pb of compatibility between WP Rocket / WPML and theme on Headers

Hi there,
When I use WP rocket without WPML, it’s OK.
When I use WP rocket with WPML, there is a problem in the header. The layout is changed, menu is shrinked, the WPML language switcher is visible but does not work.
WP rocket with WPML and defaut theme, that’s OK as well.
After different trials, the problem is due to the top bar. When it’s not activated, it’s OK; and when activated, as in attached.
Is there a way to solve this?

You can use the following strong tag, but close it in the end.

For example: <strong>ENGLISH VERSION UNDERWAY - LIVRAISON GRATUITE EN FRANCE</strong>
