PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hello,

I tried to update my theme but I can’t update the theme when i try for the update that’s show in my update page,

Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I tried already theses instructions but it didn’t work too :

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

I provide you my WP and FTP Admin Panel login details in a private content area of this topic so can you update the Theme for me please.

Without logging in I am unable to help you. Please deactivate this verification to let me assist you further.

Or Go to Cpanel And Rename the previous WoodMart theme folder and upload the latest theme file and extract there.

I have already removed the double check but as you try to connect from another country it automatically sends a confirmation code to my email address.

I suggest that I put back the 2-step Authentication code which is valid for 5 minutes and send it directly to you.

Could you please try the following algorithm to update the theme:

1. Install the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

2. Download the latest version of our theme from ThemeForest.

3. Install it as a regular WordPress theme via Appearance -> Themes.

4. OR if you can’t do this via Appearance -> Themes, just upload our theme’s folder and replace the current version in wp-content/themes/woodmart/.

Sorry, but we can’t do this via your control panel.
