Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

some of it come with me count (0) and product display on website.

Most likely the problem with the number is not caused by our theme: Please make a full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

As for Add to cart, one of your plugins influence AJAX of WoodMart.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

but only my problem and i can’t solve it
Add to cart, AJAX of WoodMart.
i test all plugins
all plugins is fine not make any problem

Please switch to the parent theme and deactivate the plugins not related to the theme, do not forget to make a full backup of your site.

If you still cannot update, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switch to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
