Yes, we see that it still doesn’t work on your website but we can’t understand the reason. Maybe you have some permission issue on the server.
Try to update the theme manually via FTP or hosting panel and file manager.

I already try via FTP but same problem continue.

Try to use your hosting control panel and built-in file manager. Upload theme archive and unzip it in the themes folder. Or provide us with your hosting panel access so we can do this for you.
