baselalabisiParticipantThere is a problem when we reduce the price by 35%.
We find it on the website at an incorrect value, which is 29%.Attachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I have checked via the percent calculator and it shows the correct values, e.g. the discount of 29%: https://take.ms/APyj8
Results: https://take.ms/xyYoZ , https://take.ms/MLJ10 , https://take.ms/hK5dX
Or do you mean that it doesn’t show hundredths of the number (https://take.ms/oKZ4w) and simply rounds the number?
Kind Regards

baselalabisiParticipantbut we have put a 35% discount on all our products, but the correct number does not appear
All prices are the same. In the Excel files, we set 35%, which is correct, but on our website, it does not show the correct valueSeptember 29, 2023 at 11:02 am #500168
Luke NielsenKeymasterCould you please explain how you set the 35% on your website? So we will look closer at it.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards

baselalabisiParticipantThe percentage we set on the Excel file is 35%.
But on the site it shows 26%
I attached a screenshot of the problemAttachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
You are not counting correctly, the percentage is calculated from the Regular price: https://take.ms/aXNPx , not from the Sale price for which you add +35%, it will not work because the WooCoomerce calculates the discount percentage from the Regular price.

baselalabisiParticipant93 + 35% = 125
This is the correct price and the correct percentage. On the product page, the value appears as 26%.
I think you are not trying to understand what I meanAttachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Yes, but the discount is calculated based on the regular price. Here is a basic example:
1. You have a price of $125 and the sale price is $93.
2. You find the difference between these two prices. 125-93 = 32
3. This difference is a part of the regular price $125 so we calculate how much it is in %: 32/125*100 = 25%
4. Verify 93 + 25/100*125 = 125
It is how the percentage is calculated on most of the online stores including our theme too.
If you want, we can give you a custom code that will calculate the percentage based on the sale price, but we will not change this in our theme because it is wrong.Kind Regards
