Performance Settings – Google Fonts

Dear,

I saw in the theme settings that you’ve added “not recommended” next to the setting “”font-display” for icon fonts”. Why isn’t it recommended to apply a font-display on icons?

Also, if I understood well the google documentation, the setting “Swap” is the one that causes the least impact on the site’s loading performance because it assigns 0 blocking time. Did I understand it right?

Because it may add some kind of “jump” effect while the font is loading. It is our personal opinion and if you want to can use it.

Yes, as Google states so it works in exactly the same way.
