I am getting in touch with you because I don’t know how I can improve the optimization of CSS and Java Script.

I bought WP Rocket and Rocket CDN to try to optimize the web to the maximum.

In the desktop version the web loading / optimization works fairly well both in the results of GT Metrix, Pingdom and Pagespeed. However, in the responsive (mobile) version, it is noticeable that the pages load slowly and in the result of page speed the result is 30. How can I improve performance?

My developer tells me the following:

There are some options like combining the css and js files, we cannot activate it. Because it is creating a huge conflict with the theme,
specially the header part of the theme.

There is an option in wp rocket, which is combining the css files. But when the option is activated, the site doesn’t load properly specially the header and footer part. It is happening because the css files of woodmart theme and bootstrap css conflict. If somehow this option could work, the score for mobile would increase significantly, as desktop site is ok.  Unfortunately I can’t help you more on this. Only the theme developer can help/answer you, why it is not working properly with wp rocket plugin. Good team.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
These options should work without any issues with our theme. We enable them on our demo as well.

We have checked your website and found the following custom CSS that breaks everything when you enable CSS Combine option in WP Rocket https://prnt.sc/11omlzd
This CSS is not a part of our theme. You need to fix or remove this code and then test how it works with WP Rocket options.

However, yesterday I updated WordPress to the new version and I updated Woodmart Theme to version 6.0 and the web loads very slow, having configured WP Rocket and Rocket CDN, the web loads very slow, talking to my developer, he tells me that he does not know how improve web loading speed.

It is very rare that now it loads worse than in the previous version of your theme and that after performing different analyzes in Gt Metrix, Page Speed ​​and Pingdom, the figures are quite worse than before.

Please, could you review the web and see what is causing the loading speed of the web to slow down, it is not normal that it takes so long to load the home page, the product pages and the rest of the sections.

We have tested your website and found a few problems that you should fix first to speed up your website.

1. Your home page size is 4.5MB+ which is too much. It may be due to large not optimized images, JS, CSS files, plugins etc. https://prnt.sc/122smle

2. Turn off all third-party plugins first and optimize your website. Then, add necessary plugins one by one and check the speed accordingly.
