PHP FATAL ERROR: Owl Carousel

Hello,

I have updated the theme and plugins to the latest version and when using the image carousel widget, it’s breaking on the live website, so i have removed it and used a promo banner for now.

Feel free to log in and go to the homepage, and add the widget to replicate the fatal error.

The site is running on the latest version of PHP.

I have checked this widget on our test site, and it is not causing any fatal errors.

Please update the WPBakery plugin to the latest version and check again. If the issue still persists, try temporarily deactivating third-party plugins that are not related to the theme and test the issue again.

If the issue remains after these steps, please let me know, and I will investigate it further.

Great news. I have managed to resolve the problem.

There was the vc_templates folder include in the parent theme that was breaking the site.

I have verified the folder structure with the latest theme update and that folder was not included.

I have removed this and tested the widget and can confirm it’s all working perfectly.

Everything is also up to date.
