picture size of product carousel slide

How can I use thumbnails picture size in product carousel slide, for reduce page size.

I selected thumbnails size from design tab but not work.

Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We just checked your page and see that all product images have size of 150×150 and this function seems to work correctly.

Is this function just add attribute to img tag?, not pick or crop the image for selected value?

I means, on website show product picture in 150x150px but the real size of loaded picture is full size 1000x1000px, I can’t use the picture in thumbnails size right?

OK, now we see the issue. Could you please try to disable all additional plugins except those that required for our theme and regenerate all thumbnails?
