Pictures are not showing up on staging site

    Hi,

    I am in the process of revamping my website with a team of website designers, and we purchased your theme, however, the pictures are not showing up. Neither are the banner images nor the product images are coming up as well. We are making the changes to theme on the staging site of my main website. Is there something additional that needs to be done so the images can appear on the theme?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please remove all and reinstall WordPress. Provide the site admin access to the clean WordPress admin and specify what demo you would like to upload.

    Hi, Thanks for getting back to me! Did you want me to remove the theme and then re-install it? I wasn’t sure what you meant by remove and reinstall WordPress.

    I included the admin login info below. We wanted the Basel demo in particular.

    Try to remove Basel theme. If it does not help, reinstall WP.
