Pictures not loading

Hello,
When on our webstore, in the products menu on the top of the home page you choose any product it takes you to the desired page. However, when on that page, if you then click on the left hand side category (any of them), that page opens without showing the photos? You have to reload that page to see the photos….

I have visited your website. Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme. Then clear the cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hi, the problem is our website is live, so if we deactivate all 3rd party plug-ins our customers will not be able to order?

Yes, that might happen that the customer will face issues with buying products if you are using any third-party payment methods and when you deactivate all the third-party plugins it will be deactivated as well. So, You can try enabling the maintenance mode when you try deactivating all the third-party plugins.
