Pimwick Gift Card on mobile

Hi,

I’m using Pimwick Gift Card plugin with Woodmlart and everything works well. I’ve setup different prices for the gift card but didn’t fix a default price so the customer must select it in a drop down (giftcard_mobile_1.png). With this setting the other fields (name, email etc…) are hidden until the user chose the gift card amount. Then the other fields are shown (giftcard_mobile_2.png). It works perfectly on desktop and it was working on the mobile but it suddenly stopped working on mobile. On the mobile, when I select the gift card price the other fields are not shown anymore (giftcard_mobile_3.png) unless I reload the whole page which is not natural for the user.

After contacting the Pimwick team (which is very helpful) they told me that I should contact you because it works on desktop and they say the code on mobile is exactly the same… They also say that they cannot reproduce the issue on their mobiles.

Can you help me ?

Hello,

As you are using “Pimwick Gift Card” plugin, You also contain some other plugins and it is possible that some other plugin conflict with the pimwick gift card plugin, if you have recently added some new plugins or added some custom code, then deactivate those plugins, undo the code and then check back. Or you can also deactivate all other plugins except of pimwick plugin then activate plugins one by one and you will find the one which cause this issue.
