During the checkout, I have filled all the details and checked all check boxes, but place order button is not working. Its looks like the button is frozen. Please help me fix this ASAP.-

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

You have checked with the default theme, and the issue remains. It means it is not our theme issue.
Please contact the WooCommerce support in this regard. They will guide you better.

I have checked the same with other site and using default theme, It’s working there.Woocommerce support told to contact the payment gateway. And PG said its all fine, no isse from their side.
It looks like some conflict internally, Can you please check the site or theme and help me fix this issue?

Sorry to say your login details are not working. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

I tried deactivating all the plugins and issue is still the same, Place order button not working. Now I have activated back all plugins. Shared login details. Please check and give the resolution or fix it as soon as possible.Thanks.

Try to disable the custom layout for the checkout page and check the issue. You can do this in Dashboard > WoodMart > Layouts.
